Apparently, a lot of people have the issue that when you launch Sin of a Solar Empire, and try to create an account, this error appears:
"unhandled error 99. please contact support@stardock.com"
I assume it's a programming problem since you can register an account at their website and then register the key on steam.
So, go here
https://services.stardock.net/accounts/createaccount.aspx
Make an account.
Go to steam, and put your email, password and serial in the box that pops up and...
